HELLO GUYS! I'm here to post about Music Camp!
So on the first day, we went through the same motions (reached YT, packed instruments up lorry, took bus to pasir ris, unpacked, had briefing, etc) as all the previous camps, then after resting for awhile, we played HUMAN SIZED MINESWEEPER! Apparently a lot of people don't know how to play Minesweeper, so they had to play by luck! Luckily there were helpful "brothers" to help their brothers locate the bombs and convince them that they weren't bombs, otherwise the rest of us would be bombed. OH! Another farny thing - the minesweeper had a BUG! Ha Ha. One corner couldn't be played. Wen qiao thought there was a bomb near the corner and he wanted to commit suicide. When he flipped over the board, THERE WASN'T ANY BOMB THERE HAHA. Want die also cannot die, sad life :P
Then we had da zu practice!
I'm gonna skip activities, or else this post will be very lengthy :X
Oh! This is important, cannot skip: We gotta thank Uncle Sam, Uncle Richard, Uncle Kow, Mr Wong and our F&B team (led by Sergeant Wong Xiao Ling) for helping us prepare our food! Special thanks to Uncle Sam - he helped in EVERY meal! Let's clap for our 4 uncles 3 uncles, Mr Wong and our dear F&B team!
Water games were as WILD and WET as ever! EVERYONE was soaked from head to feet, and NOBODY (except for our guest players :P) was spared! Muahahaha!
Finally, our number of casualties DROPPED! I haven't heard of any casualties yet, but I SAW a casualty on Facebook. I saw shin ying (medic) tending to uncle sam! Poor uncle Sam. See Min said in her comment that "Uncle Sam not scared of pain". Go man!

Our 4 days 3 nights Music Camp went smoothily-great and left us with camp depression (n. The act of being depressed after camp) because when we got back to YT after the camp, no one wanted to leave and all of us stayed back to play MURDERER *wink*! Enyu even 'ponned' her lessons! We made new friends in the camp (gay brothers, even), fostered stronger bonds within our orchestra. We practiced like mad and went through sweet (tomato with sugar) and bitter (BITTER GOURD) times together. Most importantly, WE HAD FUN THANKS TO OUR CAMP COMMITTEE AND EVERYONE IN YTCCCO!
CHEERS FOR ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL CAMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
See below for picture slide show on Music Camp. Thank you Uncle Richard for the photos :D

Date: 18 June - 21 June 2010
Venue: PA Pasir Ris Holiday Camp (next to Pasir Ris Park), ELIAS ROAD

Transport: Take MRT to Pasir Ris (sad for those taking trains from Jurong area =D) then change to bus 403. Alight at bus stop opposite unit 104 (the last stop).
Don't be late ah, or else you'll have to go there your own. (Alternatively, try borrowing Leonard's 竹蜻蜓 and fly there! It's more eco-friendly.)
Oh ya, please have your own lunch first before reporting. Plus, no World Cup provided at the camp site, so please leave your flags, face paints and whistles at home.
